The Saskatchewan Chapter of Reflexology is a member of the Reflexology Association of Canada.

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible care for our clients.

We achieve this by educating ourselves and our clients on the benefits of reflexology and how it can benefit  every lifestyle

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and ears, which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body.

By applying specific pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques, reflexology reduces tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural functioning of the related areas of the body.

What Happens at a Reflexology Session?

A Session usually last from 45 - 60 minutes.

Clients are seated in a zero gravity chair or on a massage table and the reflexology therapist works all reflex points on the feet, hands or ears using the thumbs or fingers.

Reflexology is safe for everyone, although pressure and length of session may vary for babies, the aged or very ill.
